Soooooo Cute!!!! Sammy loves holding Danny. Danny has become quite attached to his thumb over the past few days. Tooo cute!!! Glad he can self soothe himself now but is going to be a pain when it is time to start breaking away from it. I can throw a pacifier away but can't really throw a thumb away.

Samuel and Daniel are so cute together. Daniel is always wanting to see where and what his Big brother is doing and Samuel is always wanting to make sure Daniel is okay. Perfect picture of the two of them.

Was having fun taking pictures of Daniel. I believe he is 4 months in these pictures. Doesn't he just look so handsome.

Samuel had turned the TV on. Danny was very intrigued by it.
When Daniel was probably 3-4 months. Samuel really wanted him to play with him so he brought all of his cars out and played with the right on the couch in front of Danny. It was so cute. He was there for quite some time.

Here is Danny in his outfit that his Grandma Drake got him. Doesn't he look so cute. Looking at this picture of me is kind of scary. A little too round in the face!!! I believe I have lost 12 pounds or so since this picture was taken. Need to take a updated one of myself.

Here we are Christmas morning 2009. We were able to have Christmas morning at our house for the first time since we have been married. So, we really enjoyed ourselves.
Daniel woke up in a extremely good mood. I guess that was one of his presents to me this morning. A Very Happy Baby!! Isn't he just the cutest!!
Samuel couldn't wait to open his presents. He did a great job at taking turns though. We open our presents from youngest to oldest. And you only open one present at a time. We had lots of fun!!!Andrew got me a Wii Fit Board and the charger that goes with it. I got the Biggest Loser game from Amie (my secret santa), so now I can play the game using the board. I am so excited. Can't wait to fit back into my skinny jeans!!!I got Andrew some comfy slippers so that he will stop using mine!!!!LOL!! I also got him a Wii points card so that he can buy some games that he wants on the WII. Like Mario Brothers 3. Daniel got some stuff for the bathtub.

Samuel got some games, some tracks, two movies, and a sleeping bag with a flashlight and compass that came in a duffel. We have played with everything he got already this morning. He was so excited!!!

Now it is off to get everyone ready for the day so that we can head over to celebrate Christmas with Andrew's family.

So I decided to make a gingerbread train instead of a gingerbread house this year. It was a little harder but it turned out great. I put it all together and Samuel helped me decorate it. We had lots of fun doing it.

We are going to have lots of fun breaking it on New Years Eve. Right at midnight of course.

I went to Shreveport, LA to visit my twin sister for Thanksgiving. Her friend took family pictures of us because we definitely needed some updated ones. Aren't they soooooo cute!!!

This is one of my favorite pictures. Isn't Samuel just a cutie.

Samuel was having a rough time with taking pictures. Maybe it was because he woke up so early and definitely needed a nap. This one was probably one of the best ones that turned out.

I took Daniel to the doctor yesterday for his 6 week check up and everything is good. He weighs 12 pounds 6oz and 22.25 inches long. He is in the 80th percentile for his weight and the 50 percentile for his height. So he is doing good.

So I finally got Samuel and Daniel to take pictures with there Haloween costumes on. Aren't they just so cute. Daniel is monkey and Samuel is Thomas the Trains conductor.

Daniel Jay Davitt was blessed today by his father Andrew Jay Davitt. I am so glad that Andrew's family was able to attend. I really enjoyed having them there to be apart of such a wonderful event.

I got in the picture mood again and took some more pictures of the boys. More of Daniel today because Samuel was just not that interested.

Samuel helped carve out this pumpkin. He was so proud.

Finally got pictures of the boys. Aren't they cute. I can't believe that Daniel is a month old already and that Samuel is 3. Boy does time go by so fast. We are all doing well though.
Daniel has been smiling lately. I think it is because he has gas but who knows. He still looks adorable.

Baby Davitt's Name

We have finally decided on a name for our new bundle of joy. We will call him Daniel Jay Davitt.
Andrew really likes Danny so that is what he will be called most of the time I think. Now I will have two boys with names that rhyme. Samuel and Daniel or Sammy and Danny. Isn't that funny!! It is cute though and two good strong names. I go to the doctor on Thursday and then I will start the every two week visit. So it is coming to an end. I can't wait until I can actually hold him in my arms. SOOO exciting to think about.

Ultrasound Day!!!!

So I went to the doctor yesterday and we finally got our ultra sound done. So the Davitt family is pleased to announce that we are going to have another BOY in the family. His due date is September 16th and he is looking good. By looking at the ultrasound he is unmistakably a boy. No doubt about it he is not shy!!!!! So, after finding out Andrew and I started thinking about other boy names. Like Austin, Landon, Daniel, Nathaniel, Skyler, Spencer and Andrew really likes Scotty but I don't really care for that name. So as of right now we are not quite sure what we are going to name him. We do know that we want to try and keep his middle name Jay but we will see.

Well my sister had her baby on Tuesday!!!!!! Little Everett is so cute and big. He weighs 8lbs 15oz and was 20 inches long I think. They are coming back to there house today so it is going to be a big change for them. I have been at her house watching Cordell. Samuel and him have lots of fun together.
In other news I am going to find out what I am having on May 4th. So I am pretty excited. Being with Stacie while she had Everett has really made me being pregnant more real. Sometimes I forget that I am pregnant but that is all going to change as my stomach keeps getting bigger!!!lol!!!
Well I better go the boys want to play.

So I am now 16 weeks according to my doctor. My next appointment will be the first week of May and I am going to have an ultra sound then!!!!!! So I am soooooo excited to finally figure out what I am having and better guess at when I am due. Mom says that I can't be due until the end of September because she will be in Alaska for a grandkid baptism. So I guess we will see. For me the sooner the better. I guess everybody says that by the last month or so!!!!!I think I might have to start wearing maternity shirts because mine are not looking so good anymore. But I am trying to go for as long as I can. I had to go out and get a belly band thing, so that I can still wear my same jeans because I do not like my maternity jeans. They just don't fit right anymore. Anyways enough about my clothes. Samuel is doing great. Andrew cut his hair Saturday and it looks really cute. Short but cute!! He is now starting to dress himself which is really cute. The pants on backwards and such. He is such a very independent little boy. Andrew is doing good. He is on the last long stretch before the summer so that is exciting. I believe he will be done the first week of June. Just in time for my birthday!!!! Wow! that is coming up quick. Well this is getting longer than needed so I will write more later.

Time is going by fast but slow!!!

So I am now "15 weeks" along, supposedly. We won't know for sure until my supposed 20 week check up. I go in for my next dr. visit on Monday and then it will be 4 weeks from then when they do the ultra sound. So it is getting closer. I am hoping for twins so keep your fingers crossed for us!!! I know taking care of new born twins and a 3 year old will be hard at first but I believe that I am up for the challenge. So I am trying not to get my hopes up. I just hope these 4 1/2 weeks go by fast. Anyways the 3D baby doesn't look like an alien anymore so that is pretty cool. It actually looks like a baby. Can't wait until I can say he/she. Well, Samuel is awake so I should go.

Samuel's Tubes

So Samuel got tubes in July of 2008 and the doctor told us that they could fall out on their own. I hoped they would so Samuel wouldn't have to go get them taken out at a later date because he can't have them in there forever can he? Anyways so we were at the doctors office for my 12 week check up and we are in the waiting room when I see this thing in Samuel's ear. I look closer and it is this tiny little cream thing covered in wax. I get it out with my finger nail and wrap it in a tissue and when we got into see the doctor I asked him about it and he said that it is his tube. It is so tiny though. I wasn't expecting that at all. The doctor said his ears look good and that the left tube is still looking good. So no ear infections yet. Hopefully it stays that way.

Andrew and I found out that we are expecting!!! We are both excited and can't wait to find out if it is a boy or girl. I am personally hoping for twin girls. Or boy/girl twins. I guess we will find out at 20 weeks though. Samuel seems to be taking it well though. He keeps telling people that there is a baby in mommy's tummy. Hopefully he will be okay with the situation once the baby is outside mommy's tummy!!!! Will keep everyone updated.

Doing Something New!!

So, I have never done a blog before, but i decided that I will give it a try. The Davitt's are doing great in good old Arkansas. We are pretty much roasting now that the temprature is reaching 100; the humidity is not helping out at all. Hopefully this heat wave will leave quickly and it will start cooling down. Andrew just got a job teaching junior high choir at the local junior highs. He is pretty excited and scared at the same time. I will be taking on a new job in August. I will be moving from the 6-12 month age group to the 4-5 year old age group. Pretty big change but I am excited for it to come. Only 2 more weeks left with the screaming babies!!! But I will miss them alot. Well that is enough for this blog.
